According to studies conducted in humans and animals, Ginger promotes weight loss by balancing our blood sugar levels, thus preventing us from overeating. Ginger has a significant effect on our body weight, belly fat and waist to hip ratio. It can also help with osteoarthritis, can help treat chronic indigestion, may significantly reduce menstrual pain, contains a substance that may help prevent cancer, and can help fight infections also.
Benefits of Cloves for Weight Loss
Clove is a very common spice that can also be found in almost every kitchen. It has a very unique flavour and aroma. Cloves contain important nutrients like fibre, vitamins and minerals. Cloves reduces oxidative stress and keeps our blood sugar under control, it’s a very powerful spice and helps in weight loss by increasing our metabolism rate. It also helps with bloating and water retention issues. Cloves have been shown to have antimicrobial properties, it means they can help stop the growth of microorganisms like bacteria, may improve liver health, may promote bone health, and may reduce stomach ulcers also.

So, the first ingredient we need to prepare for this healthy weight loss ginger clove tea is 2 inches of grated or chopped ginger, and the second ingredient is half teaspoon of cloves. Transfer both ingredients to a glass carafe or jar. Now, pour half litre of hot boiled water. Then cover with a lid and let these 2 ingredients steep in the water overnight.
Next morning, have a cup of this infusion on an empty stomach. This recipe will get you 2 servings, so, store the rest, for next day in the refrigerator. You may reuse the ginger and cloves in cooking, however. don’t reuse them to make this weight loss drink .
Take 2 glasses of water, put ginger and clove in it. Boil it together in low-medium flame for at least 15 minutes. After that, strain it into a glass and you are ready to have it. Also be on a healthy diet for the rest of the day . Make sure you are avoiding overeating.
So do try this morning inch loss drink with empty stomach for minimum 4 weeks to loose up to 3- 4 kgs along with a proper diet.
